What is Fascial Train Therapy?
Fascial Trains is a therapy utilizing a model of the body- Anatomy trains-that explores how muscles and fascia form continuous lines of connection. Fascia is the connective tissue that surrounds and links muscles throughout the body, surrounds your organs, and connects your skin to your muscles. These interconnected pathways help support posture, stability, and movement, allowing different areas of the body to work together as an integrated system. Because tension or restricted movement in one area can influence how other areas function, discomfort is not always best addressed by focusing solely on the place where pain is felt.
In massage therapy, the Anatomy Trains approach helps guide treatment beyond the immediate site of discomfort to explore related areas of tension and restriction. Using targeted massage techniques and mindful, whole-body assessment, we work to ease muscular tension, improve tissue mobility, and support more comfortable movement. Whether you’re experiencing persistent tightness, postural strain, or general aches and pains, this approach offers a thoughtful way to address your body’s interconnected patterns and encourage lasting comfort, balance, and ease of movement.
