Our Story:
Precision Relief Bodywork (PRB) is an employee-owned cooperative aimed at providing relief to our communities through specialized bodywork treatments. Our mission is to tackle the chronic pain, chronic issues, and rehabilitation that standard clinics are unable to through multiple niche modalities and customized, specialized treatments. Our founders, Ash Norris, Alisha Jacoby, and Travis Ramberg are also teachers at (and founders of) Pacific Northwest Massage Academy-Vancouver’s leading massage school and source of incredible massage therapists!
Due to their connection to education, our team stays up to date on the latest scientific research, laws, and issues pertaining to massage therapy and treatment methods. Many of the Co-owners and employees are former students who have returned with the experience and expertise to provide excellent specialized care.

Ash Norris LMT
Current President of PRB-
Ash graduated from PNW Massage Academy in 2023 and began teaching as soon as she was able. Her history with chronic migraines, experience in the medical field, and education in biology give her a unique expertise to her practice. She utilizes cold therapies, targeted and non-painful deep tissue, and cupping in her massage practice.

Alicia Jacoby LMT
Current Secretary of PRB-
Alicia Jacoby has been a licensed Massage Therapist for over 10 years. She graduated from Cedar Mountain School of Massage in 2001, and has worked along side a well known Chiropractor & Naturopath, Dr. Meed West DC, ND. for over 30 years. Alicia believes people of all ages can benefit from massage. Whether you are coming in to relax, suffer from headaches, body aches, new-old injuries on the job, auto accidents, or just every day living, she believes a massage does the body good.

Travis Ramberg LMT
Current Treasurer of PRB-
In 2001, Travis received his LMP Licensure from Cedar Mountain School of Massage (CMSM). He went into private practice focusing on a therapeutic style of massage therapy, integrating trigger point therapy and other deep tissue modalities to help clients and athletes recover from injuries and the aches and pains of everyday life. Now, he wants to use his skill and years of experience to target headaches.

Brienna Winegarden LMT
Current Head of the Lymphatic Drainage Department-
Born in California and raised in Texas, Brienna Winegarden enjoyed a diverse career as a music teacher and studio musician before discovering her passion for massage therapy. Having released her own music and collaborated with various bands and producers, she now brings that same creative dedication to her wellness practice.
Brienna believes that massage is for everyone and strives to be a positive light in her clients’ lives. She is experienced in various modalities and offers specialized services, including lymphatic drainage, reflexology, and fascial train therapy. Besides her specializations, Brienna also has extensive experience working with the HOH and deaf community (being HOH herself), amputees, and clients on the spectrum. Outside of her practice, she enjoys making music, playing board games, and spending time with her husband, family, and friends.

Cody Gollihugh LMT
Cody is a licensed massage therapist and certified personal trainer/nutrition coach from Longview, Washington. He strives to provide the community a more natural and in depth way to rediscover their health and well-being. Cody takes pride in focusing on full body rejuvenation through multiple modalities including: Deep tissue massage, MFR, PNF, cupping, scraping and guided training sessions.

Ihor Kachula LMT
Originally from Ukraine, Ihor brings his highly skilled hands and expertise in various massage modalities to Sassé Wellness & MedSpa. With a wide range of effective treatments, including Trigger Point, Russian, Neuromuscular, and Medical Massage, as well as Prenatal, Swedish, Cupping, and Hot Stone therapies, Ihor is dedicated to providing clients with both relief and relaxation. His unique approach incorporates stretching and resistance, allowing him to excel in Deep Tissue work. Not only is Ihor technically proficient, but he also exudes a charming demeanor and unwavering commitment to ethical practices, embodying the core values of our spa.
When he’s not working her enjoys spending as much time as possible with his beautiful wife and daughter.
